In September 2024, more than 40 new members at Ho Chi Minh Head Office, Nha Trang Branch, and Can Tho Branch completed the onboarding process and officially joined Baker Tilly A&C.

This year’s Office Tour was organized on the basis of the cooperation between UEH and Baker Tilly A&C to provide the students of Accounting Faculty with chances to visit and learn and observe the working environment and on-site work at an audit firm as well as receive useful sharing about the profession, working processes and other information in relation to future career orientation.

In the morning of Saturday on 10 August 2024, the Institute of Internal Auditors in Vietnam (IIA Vietnam) in collaboration with Wolters Kluwer and with the support of EGP Vietnam and Baker Tilly A&C, successfully held an important seminar with the topic: “ESG and Information Technology: Modern Trend and Role of Internal Audit”.

since July 2024, Baker Tilly A&C officially becomes an authorized training partner of the Institute of Internal Auditors Vietnam (IIA Vietnam) in providing refresher course on Certified Internal Auditors (CIA).

The ceremony welcomed the attendance of representatives from Ho Chi Minh City Open University, including Mr. Le Nguyen Quoc Khang (PhD.) - Vice Principal, Mr. Ho Huu Thuy (PhD.) - Dean of the Accounting - Auditing Faculty, Ms. Tran Tuyet Thanh (MSc) - Deputy Dean of the Accounting - Auditing Faculty and lecturers from the Accounting - Auditing Faculty and representatives from Baker Tilly A&C, including Mr. Nguyen Minh Tri – Deputy General Director, Ms. Tran Pham Mai Anh – HR and Admin Director and Mr. Hoang Thai Vuong – Audit Director.

The 3-month internship at Baker Tilly A&C is a practical and meaningful experience for students to get insights of work process and procedures, challenges and funs to work as auditors.
