Mr. Vo Hung Tien commented that with this important mark, new members should live a generous, tolerant life, help friends and others at their best, let know to forgive but should not be insensitive and ignore mistakes of the others. He wishes that the new members live their life with their swears to the Communist Party. The most important thing is that each new Communist Party member should know and repair their mistakes, improve their shortcomings to make contribution to develop a cleaner and stronger Communist Party Unit.
