The Grassroots Trade Union of A&C Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd. successfully held the 3rd Trade Union Congress (2022 - 2027)

On 09 December 2022, the Grassroots Trade Union of A&C Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd. successfully held the 3^rd Congress of Delegates for the term from 2022 - 2027. This Congress was selected as the standard congress of Non-State-Owned Enterprises under Tan Binh District Confederation of Labor. The Congress welcomed the attendance of Mr. Nguyen Van Hai, representative of Commission for Mass Mobilization under Tan Binh District Party Committee; Mr. Dinh Tran Thanh Tam, Member of Executive Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Confederation of Labor - District Member - Chairman of District Confederation of Labor; Mr. Vo Hung Tien, Cell Secretary - General Director of A&C ; members of Standing Committee in charge of thematic topics of District Confederation of Labor together with representatives of Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Unions of Enterprise Sector in Tan Binh District.

During the term of 2017-2022, the Grassroots Trade Union of A&C coordinated with the Company’s leadership to take care of material and spiritual lives of unionists and employees, promptly support disadvantaged employees so they can totally focus on work. The Grassroots Trade Union of A&C also takes care of and encourages unionists and employees to overcome difficulties during Covid-19 pandemic; flexibly and creatively organizes activities and movements at the Company as well as participate in cultural and sport activities launched by District Confederation of Labor. Thanks to these achievements, the Grassroots Trade Union of A&C Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd. was awarded for its excellent performance in many consecutive years and the Certificates of Merit by Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and District Confederation of Labor.

The Congress was successfully and elected 5 members of the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union for the term of 2022-2027. Mr. Pham Hoa Dang was re-elected for the third time as Chairman of the Grassroots Trade Union of A&C Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd. for the term of 2022 - 2027. The votes to approve the targets for the term of 2022-2027 received 100% consensus of the delegates.

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Dinh Tran Thanh Tam - Chairman of District Confederation of Labor recognized and praised the outstanding achievements obtained by the Grassroots Trade Union in the past term. He also hopes that the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union for the new term would continue to improve the approaches and work harder to improve working conditions and protect the rights and benefits of employees, combine trade union’s activities with the Company’s tasks, promote emulation movement to honor good and creative labor; proactively coordinate with the Company to improve skills and professional qualifications for each unionist and employee, organize emulation to excellently complete targets and tasks for the term of 2022-2027.
