In the morning of 17 May 2023, the Memorandum of Understanding Signing Ceremony between A&C Auditing and Consulting Company Limited (Baker Tilly A&C) and UEH College of Business - a member of University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City took place at Campus B of UEH – No. 279 Nguyen Tri Phuong Street, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City. This is a milestone marking a long-term and sustainable cooperation between the two sides in training, teaching, exchange of experts and student support.

The ceremony welcomed the attendance of Assoc. Dr. Bui Thanh Trang - Vice Rector of University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City and Head of UEH College of Business, Dr. Nguyen Tan Trung - Head of General Department, Heads of Departments and Director of Training Programs of the Accounting Faculty - UEH College of Business. The ceremony also welcomed the attendance of Baker Tilly A&C’s representatives including Mr. Vo Hung Tien - General Director, Mr. Ly Quoc Trung - Deputy General Director, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh - Deputy General Director, Mr. Nguyen Chi Dung - Deputy General Director and representatives of Admina dn HR Department and Audit Division.

This MOU strengthened the cooperation between the two sides and promoted the strengths of each to better connect and support each other in our business and development. The two parties also committed to coordination in teaching and sharing practical experience through seminars, equipping soft skills, providing internship and recruitment programs to the students of UEH College of Business.

The MOU covered the following key contents: (1) Corporate internship/semester programs; (2) Office tours; (3) Sharing from experts, skill training, development of training programs; (4) Implementation of studies and projects; (5) Recruitment of students of UEH College of Business; (6) Nurture of  talents and knowledge spreading and other scope of partnerships.

Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Dr. Bui Thanh Trang - Vice Rector cum Head of UEH College of Business said: “UEH is currently ranked 401^st in the list of business schools in Asia with the orientation of multidisciplinary and sustainable development and international cooperation. The Accounting Faculty of UEH College of Business yearly provides the labor market with 1.000 high-quality personnel in accounting, auditing and financial areas. Through this signing ceremony, UEH hopes that Baker Tilly A&C’s leadership will facilitate the connection and sharing of practical experience to help the students to get hand-on experiences through corporate semester programs".

Mr. Vo Hung Tien – General Director said at the ceremony: “Quality of students is always the top concern of Baker Tilly A&C. Therefore, we focus on staff training and development. We always appreciates the training quality at UEH and commits to supporting UEH College of Business in teaching, sharing practical experience and providing corporate semester program to the students”.

By signing MOU, the two parties affirmed the strong cooperation in training, fostering and developing high-quality human resources. With the foundation built for many years, the cooperation between Baker Tilly A&C and UEH College of Business is expected to level up and achieve meaningful growth, create many development opportunities for students and contribute to the development journey of both UEH College of Business and Baker Tilly A&C.
