Commencing our business since 1992, A&C Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd. successfully transformed its ownership form twice from a State-owned enterprise to a State-owned joint stock company in 2003, then to a multiple-member limited liability company in 2007. In May 2010, we officially became an independent member of Baker Tilly International, one of the world leading accountancy business advisory networks with headquarter in the United Kingdom. Currently, Baker Tilly A&C has a nationwide network with the head office in Ho Chi Minh City and branches in Hanoi City, Nha Trang City and Can Tho City and headcount of over 450 highly qualified staff who are well-trained at reputable universities in Vietnam and overseas.
