With more than 10 years of experience working in the fields of taxation and finance, Mr. Hoa has directly involved in and acted as the team leader for the consultancy work for enterprises such as giving consultancy on the Transfer Pricing Documentation (Master File, Local File, Country-by-Country Report (CbCR)) for associated transactions in the Group and the compliance with tax regulations for local and foreign enterprises; Assessing risks and giving consultancy on the control of transfer pricing risks; Consulting on pricing policy, archival records and documents in associated transactions on management fees, and royalty fees; Assisting clients in providing explanation about the transfer pricing at transfer pricing inspections and investigations; Giving consultancy on the determination of transfer prices for capital transfers and on the tax compliance issues.
He has directly involved in the service performance for different multinational corporations specialized in logistics, seaports, software outsourcing and development, real estate business, construction, manufacturing, commerce, services, tourism, management advisory, etc.
