With many years of experience working in the fields of auditing and financial – accounting – tax advisory, Ms. Huong has an in-depth understanding of the operations of enterprises, and directly involved in managing and performing various major consultancy engagement as follows:
- For corporate governance: advising on effective corporate governance structure, reviewing and developing operating regulations for State-run enterprises and large corporations.
- For financial consultancy: financial statement analysis, investment project valuation, financial and tax due diligence consultancy to detect potential, material and other risks before investors make decisions; advising on the value of target companies for investor and sell-side decisions.
- For legal compliance consultancy: advising on legal regulations on business, commerce, labor, intellectual property, contract review, etc. to ensure compliance during business operations of the enterprise.
- For accounting and auditing consultancy: reviewing the compliance with prevailing accounting standards and systems, performing audits on internal control systems related to the corporate accounting system, and performing an internal audit at client’s request.

- Having over 17 years of working experience in financial – accounting – tax – auditing fields.
- Directly working with clients in following fields: multinational companies, State-run companies, banks, telecommunications, manufacture – service, etc.
