Mr. Huynh Phuc Tam has over 9 years of professional experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Accounting, Tax, and Transfer Pricing. He has served as Engagement Team Leader for numerous large-scale assignments.
Mr. Tam has conducted internal audits at the request of clients to provide assurance and consulting on Corporate Governance, Risk Management, and Internal Control Systems. He has also advised on the establishment of Internal Audit functions in alignment with international practices and the requirements of Decree 05; advised on the development, review, and enhancement of internal control procedures for various types of enterprises; assisted in establishing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks based on the Three Lines Model of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA); and developed risk registers for multiple corporate groups and enterprises in Vietnam. In addition, he has several years of experience in tax advisory and transfer pricing documentation for multinational corporations.
