With over nine years’ experience working in the field of corporate law and investment, she has directly participated in and led advisory teams advising clients operating in various businesses, including: the establishment of local enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, branches and representative offices of foreign traders in Vietnam; advising on equity transfers involving foreign elements; advising on foreign exchange management related to foreign investment and foreign loans;
She also has rich experiences on advising clients on legal regulations concerning business, commerce, labor, intellectual property, and contract reviews, and other advisory services to ensure compliance during business operations; legal due diligences in M&A transactions; advising on corporate restructuring.
She has worked directly with domestic clients, multinational companies and state-owned enterprises across the manufacturing, services and trade sectors.
