Baker Tilly A&C cooperates with Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics (UEH) to implement the Office Tour

On 15 August 2023, Baker Tilly A&C Office in Ho Chi Minh City welcomed 102 students majoring in Business Accounting - Faculty of Accounting - Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics (UEH) in the Office Tour program. The goal of this program is to help students have the practical view of the business environment and culture, thereby better visualizing their future jobs.

With this goal, the Office Tour program at Baker Tilly A&C Office was designed with two main parts. The first part was the sharing from Mr. Chau Thanh Tai – Senior Manager of MIS Service, providing students with the most general information about the company’s history, service lines, organizational structure, people, environment and culture at Baker Tilly A&C. On this occasion, UEH students also learned about career opportunities, the process and annual recruitment program for interns and fresh graduates at Baker Tilly A&C.

In the second part, students enjoyed a very interesting sharing on the topic "What is interesting about the auditing profession?". In this part, Mr. Hoang Thai Vuong – Audit Director and Ms. Pham Huynh Anh Thu - Senior Audit Manager, who have many years of experience in the industry, shared very honest and straightforward stories of doing audit jobs with multi-dimensional view so that students could have the closest and most realistic view of the auditing profession. In addition, the program also provided students with a closer look at audit work, as well as the auditing procedures and tools applied at Baker Tilly A&C.

Before the end of the Office Tour, students took a tour around the office, directly experienced the working space, learned about the environment and culture at Baker Tilly A&C.

With the sincere and close sharing from the Manager/Director at Baker Tilly A&C, UEH students have gained more knowledge and experience about the business culture and working environment, from which they can build their own goals and career orientation.
