Bakertilly A&C Holds 2025 Internship Completion Ceremony

On the morning of 23 Apri 2025, at its Head Office in Ho Chi Minh City, Baker Tilly A&C held the 2025 Internship Completion Ceremony for 26 students, including 22 Audit Assistant interns and 4 Advisory Assistant interns.

The event welcomed attendance of the Company’s leadership, including Mr. Vo Hung Tien – General Director, Mr. Nguyen Chi Dung – Deputy General Director, Ms. Tran Pham Mai Anh – HR Director together with Audit Directors and Manager, and Mr. Nguyen Bao Anh – Deputy General Director of A&C Consulting Co., Ltd.

The 2025 internship program was from 16 December 2024 to 31 March 2025, at the Head Office in Ho Chi Minh City as well as the offices in Hanoi, Nha Trang, and Can Tho. Over three months, interns received fundamental training and participated directly in audit teams to work with clients – a valuable experience helping them better understand work processes and the auditing profession.

The ceremony provided a platform for students to receive candid feedback from the management team on their work attitude, compliance with regulations, sense of responsibility, and performance throughout the internship. During the event, three interns with the highest attendance records were specially recognized and awarded.

Sharing at this event, Mr. Vo Hung Tien – General Director – talked about his practical perspectives on the economic context, career trends, and essential skills for young professionals in the coming years. He emphasized: “Be honest with yourselves to understand what you want and need. Think carefully about whether you are the right person to pursue a career in auditing, and above all, live your youth to the fullest.”

Nha Trang Office also held its Internship Completion Ceremony for 16 students, mainly from Nha Trang University, on 11 April 2025. The interns were highly praised for their sense of responsibility, discipline, and performance during the program.

Meanwhile, the Hanoi Office organized its ceremony for 24 interns on the morning of 23 April  2025. After three months of hands-on experience with audit teams, most of the interns received positive evaluations and will have the opportunity to join the Hanoi Office as full-time staff.
