Baker Tilly A&C welcomes 2023 new staff

Seventy-five successful candidates in 2023  recruitment  at Ho Chi Minh City Head Office, and Hanoi, Nha Trang and Can Tho Branches have officially joined Baker Tilly A&C and were taking the onboarding process with multiple interesting experiences.

On 19 June 2023, all new staff of Baker Tilly A&C gathered at the Company’s head office in Ho Chi Minh City to participate in a two-week onboarding program, where provided them with necessary knowledge and skills to begin their career journeys at Baker Tilly A&C as an Assistant.

During the onboarding process, new staff got to know about internal regulations and procedures on the use of the information system, labor regulations, the organization and operation of the Trade Union and the Ho Chi Minh Youth Union, organizational structure and operational functions, training regulations, as well as training and development programs available for staff at Baker Tilly A&C.

In addition to the Company’s internal rules and culture, new staff were also trained on how to do the audit assignments and what to note in doing works as audit assistants. The presentation of working papers, the use of applicable audit tools and programs, as well as an overview of current regulations on labor, salary and insurance were also important parts in the onboarding program at Baker Tilly A&C.

New comers are joyful for teambuilding activities at Ho Coc Beach in Ba Ria – Vung Tau

As a part of onboarding program, new comers got closer together thanks to teambuilding activities organized by the Company’s Ho Chi Minh Youth Union at Ho Coc Beach in Ba Ria – Vung Tau, including campfire, barbecue (BBQ), team-building games, etc.

Coming from various regions nationwide and graduating from different universities, they all have a same destination, Baker Tilly A&C. Hope new staff to have had interesting initial experiences to start their meaningful and valuable career journeys at Baker Tilly A&C. Together, we are  contributing to Baker Tilly A&C’s journey towards the future.
