Meeting of the standing board of members and the board of members of the fiscal year 2013

On 11 December 2013, the Standing Board of Members had a meeting and on 12 December 2013, the Board of Members of the company has approved the following issues:
1. The business results of the fiscal year 2013 (starting from 01 October 2012 to 30 September 2013) in line with the financial statements audited by the Control Board and Vaco Auditing Company Limited;
2. Distribution method of profit of the fiscal year 2013;
3. The business plan for the fiscal year 2014 and detailed methods, in which, the special priorities are equipping auditing software for financial statements and ensuring the income for employees.
