12 audit firms are recognized as the enterprise value determination services providers for equitization in 2013
According to the Decision No. 3216/QĐ-BTC dated 21 December 2012 of the Minister of Finance announcing the recognition of the enterprise value determination services providers for equitization in 2013, there are 12 audit firms meeting conditions of enterprise value determination services providers:
1. Viet Auditing Co., Ltd. (VietCPA);
2. Vietnam Auditing and Evaluation Co., Ltd. (VAE);
3. Audit Tax and Consultant Co., Ltd. (ATC);
4. Auditing and Accounting Financial Consultancy Service Co., Ltd. (AASC);
5. Capital Auditing Consultancy Co., Ltd. (CACC);
6. Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd. (A&C);
7. VietAnh Auditing Co., Ltd. (Vietanhaudit);
8. Auditing and Informatics Services Co., Ltd. (AISC);
9. Vietnam Auditing Partnership Company (CPA Vietnam);
10. Vietnam Auditing and Accounting Consultancy Co., Ltd. (AVA);
11. Kreston ACA Vietnam Auditing Co., Ltd. (KRESTON-ACA);
12. ASCO Auditing Co., Ltd. (ASACO);
