Baker Tilly A&C happily welcomes more than 40 new members in 2024

In September 2024, more than 40 new members at Ho Chi Minh Head Office, Nha Trang Branch, and Can Tho Branch completed the onboarding process and officially joined Baker Tilly A&C.

At Baker Tilly A&C, the onboarding process for new members is built and designed to assist them quickly and successfully integrating and adapting to the culture and working environment. This process also enables them to understand the process, skills, knowledge and tools needed to work effectively. This year’s onboarding process for more than 40 new members lasted after 3 weeks and provided new Acers with many meaningful and practical activities and experiences.

During this onboarding period, the new entrants are provided with comprehensive information about Baker Tilly A&C's environment and culture, including the internal information system, the Company’s rules and policies, its growth and development history, as well as the organization and operation of the Youth Unions and Trade Unions. This information will empower them to have a successful integration process.

Additionally, an essential part of the onboarding process at Baker Tilly A&C is to provide new members with the necessary knowledge and skills to begin their journey to becoming an auditor. During the intensive training period, new members were equipped with basic and essential guidance to perform the works as an audit assistant, including collection and presentation of working papers, collection of evidence, performance of audit fieldworks, general knowledge of labor law, insurance, and taxes.

Specifically, to enhance connection among members, newcomers also participate in the team-building program at Dai Nam Park, and joined a charity trip to support disadvantaged children in difficult circumstances in Tan Hoa Commune, Dong Phu District, Binh Phuoc Province.
