Baker Tilly A&C Welcomes Our 2025 New Associates

Baker Tilly A&C is delighted to welcome 38 new Associates to the A&C Family in 2025, including 30 members at the Head Office, 03 at the Central Region Office, and 05 at the Southwest Region Office. These young, talented, and enthusiastic individuals are expected to bring fresh perspectives and contribute to the sustainable growth journey of Baker Tilly A&C.

Welcome 2025 new associates onboard

Our onboarding and induction programme is designed to help new joiners quickly adapt to the working environment, understand the corporate culture, and develop a clear picture of how we work at Baker Tilly A&C. Over the two-week intensive training, our new Associates were equipped with essential foundations in corporate culture, code of conduct, working principles, audit methodology, standards, quality management system, supporting tools, as well as core professional and soft skills.

Beyond technical development, Baker Tilly A&C is committed to fostering a connected and inspiring workplace. On 25–26 October 2025, our Teambuilding programme for new Associates took place at Ho Dầu Tiếng Camping Site, featuring memorable, energetic, and meaningful activities designed to build teamwork and create the first beautiful memories at A&C.

Before heading to the teambuilding trip

Teams worked together to decorate their tents, delivered creative team introductions, and participated in a variety of team challenges including ball tossing, knight riding and other engaging activities. The outdoor gala night – with music, BBQ, award ceremony for the winning team, and warm moments around the campfire – created a vibrant yet heartfelt atmosphere for everyone.

These joyful, dynamic, and meaningful experiences brought everyone closer, fostering strong bonds that will serve as a solid foundation as they embark on their professional journey at Baker Tilly A&C.
