Baker Tilly A&C today officially launched its first training program on Circular 99/2025/TT-BTC— the new regulation replacing Circular 200/2014/TT-BTC — for Nam Long Group, one of Vietnam’s leading real estate corporations.

This event marks a pioneering step by Nam Long Group in proactively updating its financial reporting practices in accordance with the new regulation. Circular 99/2025/TT-BTC has recently become a focal point of attention among Vietnam’s accounting and finance community due to its significant changes to the corporate accounting regime.

The training program was delivered by senior experts from Baker Tilly A&C:

  • Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh – General Director, Baker Tilly A&C Consulting
  • Ms. Duong Thi Hong Huong – Deputy General Director, Baker Tilly A&C Consulting

The training session focused on key topics, including: the structure of Circular 99/2025/TT-BTC, major changes in financial statement recognition and presentation, business impacts, and the roadmap for compliance transition. With a practical and application-oriented approach, the training helped Nam Long Group’s accounting and finance team gain a clear understanding of the new requirements and prepare for effective implementation.

As the first enterprise to participate in this training program, Nam Long Group has demonstrated strong vision and proactiveness in updating regulatory changes. This also reaffirms Baker Tilly A&C’s role as a trusted training and consulting partner — a firm committed to staying ahead of regulatory updates to support clients with timely, in-depth expertise.

In the coming period, Baker Tilly A&C will continue expanding its specialized training programs to support businesses nationwide in promptly understanding and applying Circular 99/2025/TT-BTC effectively.
